Have your say

We’re working hard to develop our digital services and provide our customers with the opportunity to engage with and be involved in key decision making online.

You can have your say when Riverside Scotland is asking customers what they think simply by joining our Sounding Board.  You’ll be given opportunities to influence and comment on our planned activities through online surveys, polls and focus groups.  You can choose which activities to participate in and how much time you give.

What is our Customer Sounding Board?

As part of our ongoing commitment to involve customers in the decisions we make, we carried out a review of our Customer Panel in 2024. Our Customer Panel provided feedback on any policy changes we wanted to implement, as well as providing feedback on our services.

Following the review, we introduced a new model of getting feedback from our customers – our “Sounding Board”. Registered customers are given opportunities to influence and comment on key policies in a way which suits them. We use a variety of methods to interact with the panel, for example, formal consultation events, short online surveys and quick polls, and small focus groups.

It is hoped that by offering a more flexible approach, that more customers will come forward to share their views with us. There are massive benefits to customers getting involved, not only for Riverside Scotland, but for our customers too. Customers’ views will be taken into consideration as we continue to deliver and develop our policies and services.

Finally, we understand everyone’s time is precious, so with that in mind, we plan to offer more incentives for customers to take part in our new Sounding Board and give us their feedback. We plan to run regular prize draws to reward customers for the time they put into helping us shape our services.
