From the 1st April 2021 our repairs and maintenance service in Dumfries & Galloway will be delivered by MPS Housing.

MPS Housing already service many of our customers in other areas of Scotland and will deliver the same quality and standard of service to our homes in Dumfries. When MPS visit your property you’ll be able to recognise them by their MPS logo which will be displayed on their vans, staff uniforms and ID badges.

Dumfries and Galloway Council will continue to carry out repairs and maintenance until 31st March after which MPS will take over this service. Gas servicing and maintenance will continue to be carried out by Lorne Stewart.

You can continue to report repairs in the same way by contacting our customer service team or requesting a call back via our website. However please note due to current Scottish Government restrictions we are only able to carry out emergency repairs relating to health and safety issues and essential safety inspections including gas safety checks and electrical testing.
