We would like to update customers on some on-going challenges within our repairs and maintenance service and to provide reassurance that we are working hard to minimise the disruption to our customers as much as possible.
Along with many other housing providers across the country, we – and our contractors – are currently experiencing challenges around accessing some of the materials and supplies that we need to deliver our repairs and maintenance services to our usual high standards. As a result, some of our repairs and maintenance works have been subject to delays recently and unfortunately we expect this to continue in the short term.
We would like to reassure customers that we are working closely with our contractors to try and plan and secure deliveries so we can continue to offer as high quality a service as possible and to meet agreed timescales wherever possible.
We would also like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding while we navigate this challenging period.
Customers should continue to report repairs to us as normal and, as always, our Asset team will continue to make sure works are carried out as quickly as possible, as well as providing updates as required on the on-going challenges we are facing.
