At Riverside Scotland, we care about our tenants and their welfare. We proactively want to ensure that you can manage your tenancy and that we are able to support you as best we can, especially during these difficult times.
As part of our approach to achieving this, we are implementing an Annual Tenancy Engagement exercise. This exercise will ensure that we have contacted you at least once on an annual basis, made sure that you are managing your tenancy, and to give you the opportunity to speak to us to highlight any concerns or issues you may have. We would also like to use this opportunity to ensure that your contact and household details are correct and up to date, so we can keep in touch with you in the future.
