Have your say
At Riverside Scotland we are committed to providing the best possible services.
To help us achieve this, we need to know that customers’ needs and expectations are being met and maintained
to the highest standard possible. One of the best ways to do this is by hearing from you at a local level.
There are lots of different ways to be involved and have your say.
Check them out below…
Sounding Board (Customer Panel)
By joining our “Sounding Board” registered tenants will be given opportunities to influence and comment on key policies and services in a way which suits them. We will use a variety of methods to interact with the panel, for example, formal consultation events, short online surveys and quick polls, and small focus groups.
Service Improvement Group (Scrutiny)
Our Service Improvement Group provides tenants with an opportunity to examine and challenge our performance and decision making, with a view of improving the quality and standard of services delivered by Riverside Scotland.
Join the Riverside Scotland Board
Could you be the next tenant on our Board?
This rewarding and responsible role will allow you to play an active part in shaping the future of Riverside Scotland. Together with other members, you’ll make decisions about how we operate and help us understand our customers’ needs. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team working together to make a difference in your community.
Tenants and Residents Associations
Riverside Scotland supports local Tenants and Residents Associations (TARAs). Why not get involved in your local area by joining your local association. A TARA can provide a collective voice for tenants and residents in an area, can act as a focus for consultation and an organisation to lobby changes.
Listening to you
We’re often asked how we’re listening to the views of customers and acting on them.
We have launched our Listening to you page where you can find out how your feedback really does make a difference behind the scenes.
